Webber Sport: Indoor Track Thering placed third in the shot put with a toss of 11.66 meters and was fourth in the hammer throw with an NCAA provisional distance of 46.03 meters at the NYSCTC outdoor championships on Friday and Saturday.  Name: Tom Costanza Year: Junior Hometown: Webster, NY High School: Schroeder Sport: Men's Lacrosse Costanza scored eight goals and one assist in Geneseo’s 16-8 win over Potsdam in the SUNYAC tournament semifinals on Wednesday, setting a single season goal-scoring mark, and netted two goals and one assist in the 19-6 loss to Cortland in the SUNYAC championship game on Saturday. Costanza, a SUNYAC All-Tournament selection, finishes the season with 51 goals, surpassing Don Litzelman’s ’82 mark of 47 reached in 1979 and 1980. Athlete Archive>> |
